FAQ's

Sizes range from S - 3XL.  All adult apparel is unisex (mens) styles. Women should order one size DOWN from their regular size. Please see size chart for sizing suggestions and fit.

What type of printing process is used on your apparel?
All of our apparel and hats are custom printed using screen printing or embroidery.

Are there specific care instructions?
Yes, please follow these suggestions to maintain your garments.

  • Washing: Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle.
  • Drying: To avoid shrinkage, tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry. We recommend dry cleaning for best results.
  • Avoid using bleach and stain removers.
  • Ironing: Iron inside-out on the lowest setting. Do not iron directly on the printed area.

ORDERING

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including PayPal and payments are processed  through our secure payment processing system. Your credit card is transmitted securely for your protection and we do not store your credit card information. 

SHIPPING

What is your shipping policy?
Pre-orders will be processed and shipped within 15-30 days. Standard shipping for regular orders in the United States can take up to 10-15 business days or longer due to COVID. 

What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. 

Do you offer package tracking?
Yes, once your order has left our facility a shipping confirmation email will be sent, followed by a tracking number.

Do you ship internationally?

International orders are not accepted at this time.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return and exchange policy?

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will issue a STORE CREDIT for unworn/unused merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date.  Store credit(s) are valid for 3 months from the date of your original purchase.  All orders not received by our Merchandising Department within 14 days of delivery will be considered FINAL SALE. 

How soon will I receive my store credit?

Once we have received your return please allow up to 3-5 business days for your store credit to be issued.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been processed, we are unable to cancel your order. Please confirm the contact information including your name, shipping and billing addresses and credit card information before submitting your order. 

Note: All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

How do I process a return?

To process a return, complete the following 3 steps:

1. Contact shop@ltyc.net to receive return instructions including a return authorization number and form. Include the order # in your email subject.

2. Pack & secure your item(s) with all original tags, accessories and the completed return slip.

3. Ship items back to the address provided. 

Note: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. To ensure we receive your return, we suggest you get a tracking Id confirmation. LTYC is not responsible for returns we did not receive. 

Upon receiving your return, our merchandising department will inspect all items to ensure they are unworn, untampered, and unwashed. In the event your item(s) is classified as ineligible to be returned, your return will be voided.  If you would like your item shipped back to you, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges; item(s) will be returned to the original address of the order.  

Note: Shipping charges are not refundable and will not be included in your store credit. 

By completing a purchase with us, you are agreeing to our Return Policy. 

Please be sure to check our size chart before ordering or send us an email for questions.

If you received a defective item, we'll happily replace it. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size. Please contact us at shop@ltyc.net for further information.
